The Baltimore office is seeking a Senior Site Representative to monitor construction activities at water and wastewater project sites. Duties will include:
- Monitor construction for conformance with construction documents
- Review contractor construction schedules
- Identify field conflicts/changes
- Prepare daily construction logs
- Maintain orderly project files & set of record drawings
- Coordinate progress meetings
- Prepare monthly reports
- Process Contractor payment requests
- Review Change Order Requests
- Observe/Conduct QA/QC testing

Requirements
- Minimum three years field experience in construction of water/wastewater projects
- Associate Degree in Civil engineering or construction management
- NICET Level 2 or 3 Engineering Technician
- Effective verbal and writing skills
- MS Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Travel to work sites
Preferred Certifications
- NASSCO PACP/MACP Certificate,
- State of Maryland Erosion & Sediment Control (Green Card) Certificate,
- SHA or similar Temporary Traffic Control Training,

AutoCAD and/or MicroStation proficient desirable. Perform field studies and site inspections. Permitting - local, state and federal. Hazmat and solid waste, air quality, etc. experience is desirable. 10 years minimum experience required. |
