Responsibilities and Requirements
Formulate strategic plan for increased sales with existing clients and diversify federal client base
Develop and maintain client contacts and relationships
Serve as lead capture agent for Mid-Atlantic federal sales and assist regional offices in developing sales strategies for regional federal work beyond the mid Atlantic
Self-starter that relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Ability to work independently in a demanding environment Minimum of 10 years of federal experience, preferably in a sales position Experience preparing SF 330 proposals and qualifications packages Established relationships with federal clients and related A&E firms a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management; Professional registration a plus
