Project Engineer/Manager
Description of Duties:
Professional Engineer/project manager in charge of a broad range of projects including:
- Site investigations, project scoping, report generation and surveying.
- Evaluation of design alternatives.
- Site development design - site grading and lot layout within Zoning requirements.
- Highway and roadway design.
- Bridge design.
- Buildings and facilities or other type of infrastructure structural design.
- Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, drainage and stormwater improvements modeling and design.
- Water distribution & wastewater collection and treatment design.
- Water & wastewater pumping station design and upgrades, infiltration/inflow studies, capacity studies and system upgrades.
- Perform design calculations and equipment sizing.
- Prepare design plans/specifications and secure permits from regulatory agencies.
- Aid in construction administration.
- Construction cost estimating.
- Project cost tracking, cost forecasting and reporting.
- Some travel required.
Requirements:
Candidate(s) with the best combination of education, experience and certifications in the following:
- Team player, with good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work with other offices and professionals.
- Strong communication skills.
- BS and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 4 years related experience, minimum.
- Local State PE license (required within 12 months of eligibility and/or hiring date).
- Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD.
- MicroStation, Geopak.
- Stormwater master planning and modeling software (AdlCPR is a plus).
- Some travel required.

Description of Duties:
- Site/Civil design
- Represent firm on municipal designs, reviews, public meetings, studies, etc.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years experience in Site/Civil design.
- Successful candidate should be able to work on a wide variety of projects including traffic, stormwater, roadway, land development and zoning issues.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation a plus.

Resident Inspector - Water/Wastewater
Description of Duties:
Responsibilities will include daily inspection of water or wastewater pipeline and pumping station construction for conformance with design plans/specifications and permits, identification of field conflicts/changes, tracking of daily quantities, review of pay estimates, maintaining field drawing mark-ups, and preparing daily reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years field experience in pipeline and pumping station construction.
- Experience with road restoration and dealing with county and local road departments a plus.
- Minimum High School Degree.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree a plus.

Engineer - Water/Wastewater
Description of Duties:
Responsibilities will include primarily the design of water and wastewater projects in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Projects will include water transmission mains, metering chambers, pumping and booster stations for potable water. Also assisting with design of upgrades to water treatment facilities. Also wastewater collection, new pumping station design and upgrades, infiltration/inflow studies, and capacity studies and system upgrades. In addition to design, the position will also be involved in supporting projects through construction including shop drawing review, and periodic field observation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-8 years experience preferable in water/wastewater or utility design.
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with MS degree a plus.
